High Spec Base Vehicle Packages
Our luxury conversions are based on the new Euro 6 Peugeot Boxer and Fiat Ducato 2.2 140hp – these are available with either a 6 speed manual or 8 speed automatic gearbox.
Tracker & Security
Both the Peugeot and Fiat base vehicles come complete with a factory fitted Cat 2 immobiliser and alarm (not Thatcham rated).
Whilst an immobilser and alarm are important security features as with all premium vehicles these days it is advisable to fit a fully monitored tracker – this will also almost certainly be a requirement from your insurance company.
The tracker we fit is a Moving Intelligence iTrack plus S5 – this is recognised by all the major motorhome insurers as a top of the range high level security tracker.
Using the Moving Intelligence app you will be able to monitor the location and movement of your vehicle at all times. Moving Intelligence will also monitor your vehicle with phone alerts when any unauthorised movement is made.
There is an annual monitoring charge of £149 or £13.50 per month payable directly to Moving Intelligence.

There is the option of adding a defrost element for use in extreme sub-zero temperatures.
Truma Diesel & Electric Boiler
The Truma Combi 4de boiler heating and hot water system operates on either diesel or mains electric when on hook-up with an even distribution of heating outlets throughout the van. It is fitted with a digital thermostat and timer so that you can control the heating system day and night.
Refillable Gas Tank
All our vans are fitted with a 25L underslung gas tank with level gauge monitor, this allows you to easily manage your gas and significantly reduces the cost of refilling.
Windows and Rooflights
Privacy tinted double glazed windows and large Heki rooflights ensure that the living area is light, well ventilated and condensation free. All windows and rooflights have blinds and flyscreens – the front cab area comes with fitted Remis cab blinds.
Insulation
All our van conversions are fully insulated with grade 3 thermal insulation, fully winterised and perfect for all year round use.
The Charging System
The quality of your leisure batteries is important which is why we now fit lithium as standard. What is equally important is the means by which the leisure battery is charged – the leisure battery will receive a charge from three sources:
- Mains hook up charger (40a) – This has been the most common way of charging the leisure batteries and in the past mains hook up was necessary to maintain a charge to the batteries. Now with alternative charge sources available, it is possible to maintain a charge to the leisure batteries without the need for a constant mains supply, giving you the option to spend more time off grid. Typically the charge whilst on mains hook-up will be around 20amps.
- Battery to battery charger when the engine is running (60a) – When the vehicle engine is running, the battery to battery charger charges the leisure batteries. Typically the charge when the engine is running will be between 50 – 60amps. i.e. double that achieved on electric hook-up.
- Solar panel with MPPT dual regulator (200/400w) – We fit a roof mounted 200w solar panel with MPPT dual regulator as standard to trickle charge the batteries (the majority of the charge goes to the leisure battery however a small trickle charge also goes to the vehicle battery to prevent it from going flat) giving you several days independent camping. To achieve prolonged periods of static mains free camping we recommend that you add a second 200w solar panel and upgrade to the 680a lithium battery. Typically on a sunny day the charge from 1 x 200w solar panel will be around 7amps and from 2 x 200w solar panels will be around 14amps – clearly this varies relative to the amount and angle of the sunshine.
Gas Free Pack
Traditionally gas has been the main power source for heating and cooking in motorhomes but the hassle of exchanging gas bottles and finding LPG stations has resulted in the quest to find an alternative power solution. Many garage forecourts have now removed their LPG tanks to make way for electric car charging stations.
Our Gas Free pack includes the Lithium 680a battery upgrade, additional 200w solar panel (400w total), 3000w inverter with integrated mains priority. With careful battery management it is now possible to run a range of electrical appliances off-grid from the Lithium batteries via the inverter.
With our Gas Free Pack there is a choice of kitchen appliances including 2 burner induction hob, microwave, electric oven/air fryer or microwave/oven combi.

Dog Friendly Fittings
Many of our customers have dogs and we understand how important it is to ensure that your dog travels with you in safety and comfort.
We can fit a number of secure D rings so that you can attach your dogs lead/harness whilst travelling and when on site. These can be positioned to suit your needs and we can help guide you through the positioning of these during the handover process.
We can also fit a seat belt attachment on either the driver or passenger seat base to receive the corresponding harness fitting.
